Telluride Wedding Videographer

This day was truly one of the most magical wedding days I’ve ever had the pleasure of experiencing in Telluride, Colorado. And this is why you want a cinematic wedding highlight video of your wedding day. From getting ready at the luxurious Peaks Resort & Spa in Mountain Village, to the Bridal photo and video shoot underneath Bridal Veil Falls, there was no shortage of moments and memories to capture in slow-motion. From a ceremony at San Sophia Overlook overlooking the San Juan mountains in every direction to the jaw-dropping sunset on the Telluride Golf Course, this wedding film was packed with gorgeous scenery. And finally from a first dance on the Mt. Wilson Terrace lit by pastels of the fading sun and a dance party concluding with pyrotechnics, this was a complete dream wedding! But even greater than all the beauty of that day, was the love between these two amazing people! It was such an honor to be able to experience and capture Vivek and Hillary’s love story. Cheers you two!

Our production company was tapped to provide a full production crew for this full day shoot for FirstNet, built by AT&T, the nation’s first high-speed, wireless broadband network for first responders. It was a privilege to work with Fire Chief Bruce Evans and his team at the Upper Pine River Fire District to capture the first-hand stories of first responders right here in La Plata County.

EMS professionals are called to help people at some of the most difficult moments in their lives, and FirstNet has taken the initiative to help these heroes maintain their mental wellness in the face of what they see and hear on a daily basis. Our Director of Photography, Producer and Production Assistant coordinated with a remote producer at FirstNet on the shoot day, to capture broadcast quality footage of these important stories.

We also worked with the EMS team to recreate several first response scenes, and finally shipped the footage out next day to the internal editing team at FirstNet headquarters. Thanks to FirstNet for sharing the final product with us, and taking initiative on mental health in EMS.

Tuffy Security Products

Welcome to Tuffy headquarters. Since 1989, we have been making the toughest vehicle lock-boxes for trucks, jeeps and SUVs right here at our manufacturing center in Cortez, Colorado. We’re ‘American Made’ and proud of it. Tuffy Security Products provide superior theft protection, cargo safety and gear storage. We build hundreds of products designed for consoles, under-seats, trunks, cargo areas and pickup beds. And our manufacturing process follows the highest standards to guarantee superior quality.

The birth of each new product get its start in the Tuffy engineering department. Once a prototype has been built and tested, they hit the assembly line. Design specifications for some products are uploaded to a state of the art laser cutter. Product patterns are cut into sheets of cold rolled steel. Other products are stamped to specification on a sophisticated multi-tool fabrication machine. Metal cut-outs are then brought to the grinding department. Grinding removes any sharp edges left behind by the cutting process.

Next the flat metal patterns are run through a brake press, which bends the metal into form. The welding department is where Tuffy products first take their true form. A team of talented welders work diligently to meet the demand for new orders.

Prior to receiving their final coating, all lockbox products are taken through a 7-stage washing process. The products are rinsed, dried, then hung for coating. Once products are coated, they are sent to the oven. When temperatures inside the oven reach 400 degrees Fahrenheit, the powder liquifies. Within 20 minutes the curing process is complete. Now products reach the final stage of the assembly line. Once the locking mechanisms are installed, a protective felt lining is cut to specifications and attached to the base of the lockbox. Finally the lockboxes are carefully packaged and sent to the shipping department.

Tuffy has hundreds of distributors across the United States and Canada, including Hawaii and Alaska, and all products are backed by a lifetime limited warranty. Weather it’s the invaluable tools of your profession, firearms your rely upon for protection, or the high tech gear and technology that helps you navigate this modern world, make sure to Lock It Up with Tuffy Security Products. Tuffy is a proud member of the BestTop Premium Accessories Group.

Keesee Motor Company

Filmed on a beautiful ranch property south of Cortez, Colorado this commercial will undoubtedly tug on the heart strings. Keesee Motor Company asked me to write a script and produce a spot featuring a father and son on a fishing trip. Contrary to the modern style of packing as many shots into thirty seconds as possible, I decided to slow down the pace of the script, and instead, focus on the emotional connection between father and son and the scenic beauty of the location. We also decided to go with no music to provide a sense of peace and calm. While shooting, I captured natural sound of the environment to form the soundtrack for the spot. As in this case, sometimes less is more, and the lack of a music track, draws audience attention almost more effective than any loud music track.
