The owner of the newly permitted Hermosa Orchards Village Tiny Home Park wanted to put out the word about available lots on social media. After investing in the planning and infrastructure of the park, it was critical get the 20+ lots filled within the year. This park has one of the most beautiful locations, but it was still a challenge to shoot it mostly vacant, and still convey what the park offers when its fully occupied. We used a combination of area aerials footage showing the neighborhood and park location, with close-ups of the first tiny home residential lots.
