Congratulations to Jon and Keaton, who came all the way from College Station, Texas to marry at the top of Purgatory Ski Resort. The mountains are a very dear to Jon and Keaton, since they met for the first time as wilderness guides in the mountains. Cheers to these adventurous souls, and all the adventures to come!

Katie and Kerry were the very first to tie the knot at this jaw-dropping wedding venue. Gold Mountain Ranch towers cliff-side at the site of an old gold mine overlooking Ouray, Colorado and the San Juan Mountains. The day was partly cloudy giving us the perfect mix of light for an epic wedding film! And nothing compares to a sunset at these heights! The beautiful scenery was only secondary, of course, to the blending of these two beautiful families! Congratulations to the Kindles!
The coronavirus has changed a lot of couples’ wedding plans this year. Some couples have postponed a year, while others have chosen to elope. For Rachel and Chris their plans for a Spring 2020 wedding changed several times, from postponement, to another rescheduling, to finally deciding to elope in Washington state. I’m glad to have hung in there with them as the plans shifted, so that I could capture their amazing adventure elopement to one of Washington’s most beautiful locations, Lake Twenty-Two.
